Went on New Year’s Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Service was fantastic, food was lovely (mushroom pizza is great), and cocktails were tasty. In addition, the staff were attentive, friendly, and warm.
Met up with a group for some celebrations, everyone had something different from their extensive menu. The food was exceptional. Everyone of us raved about our meals. Staff where really pleasant and attentive, will most definitely be back.
A wonderful Italian restaurant with a true Italian atmosphere. The waitresses were incredibly charming and friendly. The food was also delicious. From the restaurant, you can enjoy the view of Trim Castle through the large window.
Took my sister and niece for dinner last night and WOW. Service was excellent and the food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back!
Food, very tasty. Cocktails are delicious. Staff are very pleasant. Great atmosphere. Really enjoyable evening spent at Flambé.
After enjoying the food but not the poor service at other locations in Trim, specifically the Stockhouse and the Trim Castle Hotel, it was refreshing to be served with good food and drink in a timely manner. Flambé is under new ownership and I hope people give it a chance. You won’t be disappointed
